Nancy Ann Moseley, 70, passed away peacefully of natural causes (unrelated to Covid-19) at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO on November 29th. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and retired school teacher. Nancy was born in Fort Worth, TX on October 9, 1950 into a decorated military family that allowed her to experience a wide variety of countries and cultures. After graduating from Chofu High School, Tokyo, Japan, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s degree in education from Boston College.
After settling in Colorado, Nancy fulfilled a lifelong dedication of serving those of special needs at Manitou Springs Elementary School. Retiring in 2017, she enjoyed a relaxed life at home playing with her two joyful canine companions Lucy & Dot, while cultivating her ever blossoming garden and rekindling a passion for handcrafted jewelry.
Nancy and her former spouse, Paul Neeley, raised two children and remained long-lasting friends. She is survived by her brothers & sisters; Jim Moseley, Martha Jane Smith, John Moseley, Mary Sue Stone, Betty Jo Postlewaite, Mike Moseley, Michelle Tracey, Trish Moseley; former spouse, Paul Neeley; and her two children, Adam Neeley & Michael Neeley.
